Mike T did a great job today. He called 15 minutes beforehand and arrived on time within the scheduling window. He was very thorough in updating the 15 or so bait boxes spread between the attic and basement. As this is a summer house that had not been serviced in a while he scheduled a return visit for a month out in order to determine whether there is any active infestation. Very pleased with his professionalism in carrying out his responsibilities.

Mike T was the Big Blue Bug Solutions service technician that completed my inspection today (2/2/26). I love when technicians provide a courtesy call to let me know that they’re on their way as well as an estimate time of arrival so I can arrange my near term schedule. Mike T provided such a call to let me know that he was in the immediate area and within a 10 minute time window. Knowing that he was on his way prevented me from leaving the house & potentially missing the service. Due to the weather conditions outside the service was only on the interior of my house. Mike T did a very thorough job with his inspection & resetting of the mouse traps in my basement. Upon completion of the basement Mike T also asked if there were any additional locations that I’ve noticed rodent activity where he could inspect and provide recommendations. I was very pleased with the services provided by Mike T on today’s house visit. Great job Mike T & Big Blue Bug Solutions.

Company does a great job communicating with the consumer. Whether it be initiating a service call or with scheduled service appointments, personnel are friendly and attentive to addressing your issue.

Each technician has vast knowledge in their respected areas of expertise (i.e., bees, mice.) It’s great to have conversation with these folks while on-site during a service call. They are well-trained and can tell you interesting facts about specific pests.

Last year, a technician (Terrence) was dispatched to address a bald-faced hornet nest on the side of the house. After addressing it, he located a second larger nest in a tree (other side of the property) above the basketball hoop where our kids play. He took care of that one as well. We were very appreciative of his efforts going above and beyond to remove the additional unknown threat.

Alley has been the recent technician and has been doing a fantastic job keeping the field mice away from the house. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable.
