David was great yesterday, I accidentally didn’t tell my husband who was home that he was coming and he asked poor David what he was doing at our house. I’m sorry! I am very happy with my service technician, Tom. He doesn't merely go through the motions, he takes the time to listen, and more importantly, take action. He found problem areas, filled holes, used caulking to seal up joints, and treat areas that needed it. I really appreciate the attention to detail.
